Chief Pharmacy Information Officer

The Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Chief Pharmacy Information Officer. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead digital transformation across the organization, working closely with the Chief Clinical Information Officer and other clinical informatics leads.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Oracle Health Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health. This will involve working with the Chief Pharmacist and other stakeholders to deliver the pharmacy benefits of the EPR business case. The postholder will also act as an ambassador for the agenda across the system, promoting innovation and championing the development of a clinically appropriate information culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of the Oracle Health Millennium EPR
- Work with the Chief Pharmacist and other stakeholders to deliver the pharmacy benefits of the EPR business case

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience working with CIOs, Chief Pharmacists, and other digital clinical leaders in developing and implementing digital strategy within an organization. They will also have a proven track record of managing clinical services and leading improvements in clinical settings, patient care, and experience across multiple specialties.
