About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team at Plexus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs in electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, including changes in work plans, priorities, and management decisions.
  • Actively participate in initiatives to improve the work environment and productivity, and seek opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and experience proactively with co-workers.
  • Demonstrate competency in job knowledge and skills, can handle additional assignments and adapt to new work requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and regulatory requirements, consistently complete assignments on time, manage workload effectively, and maintain quality standards while eliminating waste.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
