Job Overview

Green Street is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to achieve or exceed sales quotas, generating new revenue, and prioritizing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Generate new revenue by selling Green Street's industry-leading products and services
  • Prioritize new opportunities and engage clients proactively on a daily basis
  • Sell the value of Green Street's products and services to prospects by articulating how they meet their needs and improve business processes
  • Understand the value of Green Street's products and pricing, as well as competitive offerings, and articulate Green Street's benefits in a compelling manner
  • Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast, and track activities within Green Street's CRM application
  • Work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
  • Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business, product development, and address competitive risk
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and training

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in leading commercial real estate/financial services (CRE Tech/FinTech) or other information services-based companies
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients' needs
  • Commercial Real Estate experience helpful, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of another language desirable
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
