About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor Functional Analyst to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the Epicor system and identifying opportunities for its effective utilisation and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Epicor system and its applications in our business.
  • Identify and tackle issues that prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
  • Work with the Supply Chain team as a functional expert for system resolution and issue management.
  • Assist the Epicor Product Manager in managing multiple projects, from business case to full deployment, while identifying and managing risks.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams in their ways of working, assisting with prioritisation of user stories and tasks.
  • Ensure SOX audit compliance and work with third-party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations.
  • Focus on strategic outcomes, ensuring tasks are linked to measurable benefits.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Epicor Functional role.
