Procurement Lead for New Nuclear Projects

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a dynamic Procurement Lead to join our Senior New Nuclear delivery team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director.

Role Overview: In this senior position, you will be responsible for driving procurement strategies and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance in a regulated environment. You'll lead a team of procurement specialists, working closely with our clients and supply chain to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Lead the procurement team, overseeing all commercial and supply chain activities.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, standards, and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement practices with the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement within regulated sectors, with a proven track record in leadership roles.

Location & Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Primary office location to be confirmed, with travel to multiple sites as required.
