Leisure Operations Team Leader

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leisure Operations Team Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure clubs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the poolside and gym floor operations to ensure a high level of member satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve member experience and retention
- Lead and motivate a team of fitness fanatics to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
