Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at the Stark Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounts receivable team and ensuring the day-to-day billing and credit control functions are being promptly and effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the accounts receivable team and ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Work closely with the financial leadership team to ensure the requirements of the finance department are achieved.
- Take ownership of AR processes and ensure they are being followed and amended as necessary to meet business needs and Stark corporate policies and procedures.
- University degree in Finance or Accounting or related qualifications.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Experience of people management including development and mentoring of team members.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software applications (ERP), databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations.
