We are seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer to join us as the Head of Private Client, leading a well-established and dedicated team in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and driving the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing top-tier legal counsel on private client matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of private client lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the firm's leadership team, influencing the direction of the private client practice and driving business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law, with a strong track record of handling complex, high-value private client matters.
- Demonstrable experience in team management, leadership, and client relationship-building, with a proven ability to drive business growth and success.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of lawyers.
- A strategic thinker with innovative solutions to clients' legal challenges, with a strong understanding of the private client market and its trends.
