We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across Chippenham and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their mail and parcels on time.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), as well as a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. In addition, you will have access to our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes, as well as excellent family friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
