About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to students across different classrooms, developing their skills in areas such as independence, communication, and social development. Experience working with students with Autism, Complex needs, or other SEND is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for students
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students receive high-quality education and support
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting students with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and adaptable with a passion for working with students with SEND needs and disabilities
