This role falls under HR Operations, part of a vibrant community of nearly 150 HR professionals supporting staff across King's College London.

**Job Description**

As the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment services for permanent and fixed-term staff positions within all faculties and professional services functions. You will deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, analyzing, developing, and improving recruitment operating models to cater to diverse customer and business needs.

You will work closely with the HR Operations Director to develop the optimal target operating model and team structures that best align with our customer needs and leverage our strong employer brand. You will also collaborate with our People Technology teams to optimize systems and explore innovative tools for delivering efficient and cost-effective services.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates with:

  1. Considerable experience in leading and managing high-performing recruitment functions
  2. Ability to analyze, develop, and improve recruitment operating models to meet varying customer and business needs
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels
  4. Experience designing and embedding customer-centric process improvements and recruitment strategies
  5. Proven experience in managing differing priorities and tasks efficiently

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with an indefinite contract, requiring two days per week in our central London office. We offer a hybrid working pattern and flexible work arrangements. The estimated salary range is based on market rates for similar roles in London.
