Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Senior On-Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Hi-Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing on-trade outlets to drive incremental sales across key small managed groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow meaningful distribution and menu presence in new and existing customers.
  • Manage customer relationships to unlock and deliver revenue growth.
  • Implement promotional activities that align with brand guidelines to engage and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the spirits industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience in the spirits industry, with a focus on on-trade sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage customer P&Ls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
