About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience of working on large-scale projects, preferably in the property sector.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing delays.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and ensure their satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and opportunities, developing contingency plans as necessary.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the property sector.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
