About the Role

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is committed to investing in residents through high-quality apprenticeships that combine working in a great job, training, and development opportunities. The Void Repairs Team is responsible for managing repairs and refurbishments to our housing stock, ensuring properties meet our lettable standard for new residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the Client Repairs team to ensure effective delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Carry out administrative tasks to enable service delivery using different IT systems.
  • Contribute to monitoring Client Services for planned and reactive works/services.
  • Attend meetings and take notes, providing written records to your line manager as requested.
Training and Development

As a Business Administrator, you will complete a qualification funded by the Council, involving attendance at a college and/or completing tasks in the workplace. You will also join a personal and professional development programme with varied activities and events throughout your time with the Council.
