We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with set recipes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Support the Head Chef in creating innovative dishes and menus.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective communication skills.
