We are partnering with a leading national firm, IDEX Consulting, to recruit a seasoned projects solicitor to join their niche but renowned team as part of a wider commercial department. This opportunity is for a projects solicitor to work on major student accommodation procurement projects, whilst having the chance to contribute to a broader projects team handling energy, waste, logistics, retail, and other sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity perfect for someone with specific experience in working on student accommodation procurement projects, or a top-class projects lawyer who enjoys drafting complex commercial agreements with sophisticated clients globally.

You will be involved in high-profile projects acting across various sectors for government departments, contracting authorities, and private sector clients dealing with complex contractual agreements linked to student accommodation, for a firm which is recognised as a leader in this area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • At least 5 years PQE, although applications from those with less experience will be considered
  • Drafting expertise in complex contracts or leases, and/or project agreements in the PFI/PPP markets
  • Public sector client experience, particularly in the education sector, although not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across teams, departments, and offices
