Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer Leader to lead and manage a team of engineers in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems with some electrical work. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, leadership skills, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the team, coordinate schedules, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Perform and supervise installations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and building strong relationships.
  • Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records and report on team performance and project status.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical engineering with some electrical knowledge.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
