SHE Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to join our team at Croda International Plc. As a key member of our SHE team, you will provide administrative support to the general site, including the senior management team, and assist with a range of SHE administration duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide private and confidential admin support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems
- Administer SHE reporting, communication, and improvement activities
- Manage Occupational Health appointments
- Raise purchase orders via SAP
- Coordinate visits to site
- Manage overtime and absence forms
- Provide general office admin support (filing, updating paperwork)
