About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to join our team at Croda International Plc. As a key member of our SHE team, you will provide administrative support to the general site, including the senior management team, and assist with a range of SHE administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide private and confidential admin support for Occupational Health provision and locally based HR systems
  • Administer SHE reporting, communication, and improvement activities
  • Manage Occupational Health appointments
  • Raise purchase orders via SAP
  • Coordinate visits to site
  • Manage overtime and absence forms
  • Provide general office admin support (filing, updating paperwork)

Requirements
  • Good planning and organization skills

  • Desirable: RSA/NVQ/Admin qualification
