As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in helping Knight Frank respond to the rapidly developing needs of our clients and drive forward the firm's ambitious ESG agenda across global markets.

About the Role
  • You will be based within the Research Analytics Department in wider Global Research Sub-Division at Knight Frank's Baker Street office.
  • Day-to-day management will be undertaken by the Head of Data Science with direction provided by the Head of ESG Research and oversight provided by the Head of Analytics.
  • The role is focused specifically on delivering research outputs for the wider Global ESG strategy, covering service lines outside the UK.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with technical colleagues in the wider Research team, specifically those in Analytics (Data Science, Data Engineering, Geospatial, and Innovation), to perform econometric analysis and discover the impact of ESG on property market dynamics.
  • Ability to manipulate, cleanse, and analyze complex data from external and proprietary databases.
  • Use spatial/GIS analysis to find locational insights and prepare regular outputs for internal stakeholders, including data books and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Spatial data statistics expertise, with knowledge of Python or R desirable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects.
