Job Summary

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in a dynamic educational environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting, supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, working closely with class teachers to provide support across various subjects.
  • Student Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help, working with small groups to reinforce learning and promote academic success.
  • Classroom Management: Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment, supporting teachers with administrative tasks and classroom organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, participating in school activities and events as required.
Requirements
  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
