Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Cotswold Farm Park. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service to our visitors and overnight guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the management of the back of house operation, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Assist with events management, bakery operation, and menu creation for the restaurant, events, and outlets.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a large-scale service environment, with a strong background in high-volume food preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Ability to work a 42-hour week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
