Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Fashion Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious heritage brand in Mayfair.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, cultivating long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Support the store manager with store operations, administration, and performance management
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Plan and organize regular events and marketing initiatives to engage with clients and promote the brand

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a luxury supervisor or senior sales consultant in a high-end boutique setting
  • Experience supervising a team of 4+ people and leading, training, and developing a team
  • Excellent eye for attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a strong customer focus
  • Understanding and passion for country sports and country living/lifestyle
  • Commercially focused with experience driving sales targets and KPIs
  • MS Office skills at an intermediate level or above
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
