Breathe, a leading HR Software provider for SMEs in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support company and group-wide growth.

About the Role

As a key member of the Finance team, you will work closely with the executive and leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis and investment evaluation
  • Deliver financial analysis and reporting, providing transparency and business insight for executive and leadership decision-making
  • Present weekly financial metrics and analysis to the leadership team
  • Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance
  • Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic, and other business decisions
Requirements
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent commercial sense and ability to communicate and present complex financial information in a clear way to the business
  • Creative and lateral thinker
  • Champion of the company and brand
