About the Role

Bodhi Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand, scope, and document their business and technical requirements for a sustainability data platform and Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
  • Become an expert in sustainability tools, including IBM Envizi, and deliver technical demonstrations, framing sessions, and solutions capabilities to client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to ensure delivery of the best solution for multiple clients, including user training and ongoing support.
  • Work on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) tasks with clients and internally to deliver legislatively compliant work, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Professional Skills
  • Ability to learn technical solutions quickly and become an expert, with the capability to train others in these solutions.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end software implementation process.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience
  • Business Analyst track record with technical development.
  • Project management experience on complex projects.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working as a technical business analyst with sustainability projects and knowledge of ESG data topics and sustainability regulation and compliance.
  • Experience of data mapping and consolidating.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies.
  • Ideal degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and excellent benefits.
