Professional Training Programme Manager

Job Description:
As a Training Programme Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and marketing our training programme. This will involve finding sales leads, making direct sales, and adjusting the training programme offering based on client feedback.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an online and in-person training programme with guidance from our team. You will also build relationships with potential customers in the community, promote the training programme online and in person, and meet sales targets to financially support our not-for-profit work.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering communities, young people, and families through accessible, creative, evidence-based mental health support and training.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing an effective training programme with clear objectives and outcomes
- Building strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders
- Promoting the training programme through various channels
- Meeting sales targets and financial requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training programme development and delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mental health support and training
