About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile high-volume sales ledger and bank accounts for various credit card sales ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial entries
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the month-end and year-end close process
- Participate in financial audits
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting processes, especially reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
