About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile high-volume sales ledger and bank accounts for various credit card sales ledger accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial entries
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, especially reconciliations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
