Delivery Driver Role

T W White & Sons is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join their wholesale parts team in Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of wholesale parts to trade customers based within a 75-mile radius of the company's parts distribution warehouse.

Responsibilities include loading parts onto the delivery van, securing them properly, and assisting in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and secure parts onto the delivery van
  • Deliver parts to trade customers in the London and South East area
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
  • Assist in the warehouse with organisation and returns

A Typical Day

A typical day for a Delivery Driver would involve:

  • 7am - 10am: Loading the van and assisting in the warehouse
  • 10am - 3.30pm: Delivering parts
  • 3.30pm - 4.30pm: Assisting in the warehouse with returns and organisation

Requirements

  • A clean, valid driving license
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player and use own initiative
