Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team at HolroydHowe. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth flow of operations and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food service guidelines.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a contagious enthusiasm for food and/or customer service.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is an advantage.
- A basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- A commitment to working according to the BaxterStorey core values.
