Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EMCOR UK. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of electrical aspects in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, test mechanical parts for faults, isolate the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and equipment by checking for smooth operation of the same and replacing worn and defective parts.
  • Install electrical systems and associated equipment, followed by the appropriate certification.
  • Participate in company standard internal training workshops and work to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Adhere to the Quality Management System applied to all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
  • Develop relationships with clients and potential new customers and work within a site team of 59 field and office-based staff.
  • Work in a secure and sensitive environment on an exclusively manned site.
Requirements
  • C&G Inspection & Testing, and C&G Design & Verification preferred but not required.
  • Experience of installation, testing, and maintenance of Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have a flexible approach to work patterns.
