Your Responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring - Monitor adherence to procedures through regular checks on business practices. Support the business in maintaining records relating to risk and change management
  • Document Management - Maintain a document register to control the suite of documentation for the business and support the business in creation and review of processes.
  • Process Creation - Development of process maps and supporting documentation
  • Quality Management System Support - Support the business in maintaining the Quality Management System and external certifications to a high standard.
  • Project Compliance - Provide review and guidance on compliance requirements to new initiatives coming into the business. This includes construction compliance like PAS 2030/2035, Energy efficiency funding like ECO and general laws and regulations like General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Customer Service - Support Assurance team in handling customer calls and complaints when required (to cover absence/annual leave)
  • Provide support to the Assurance Manager as and when required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,980 to £32,000 per annum, depending on your specific skills and experience. You will also be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15% of your core pay. Plus, enjoy our range of benefits including flex pay, which is an extra 9% of your salary to use as you like.
