About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Powered Access Engineer to join our team. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
  • Repair and Inspection: Conduct necessary repairs to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose and meets industry standards.
  • PDI and LOLER Inspections: Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) work and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Customer Support: Visit customer sites to attend to breakdowns and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to their operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Powered Access, Plant, Material Handling, or HGV is essential.
  • Qualifications: IPAF & CAP licenses are required, and a NVQ qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills: A passion for providing excellent service, an approachable demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
  • License: A full UK Driver's license is required.
