Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cladding Project Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality external refurbishment projects on occupied properties in the Brent area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the overall direction and financial control of the contract, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Client Liaison: Work in partnership with clients and their representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet their expectations.
- Cost Control and Subcontractor Management: Manage and control costs, as well as oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Programme Implementation: Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term programmes for various work streams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Handover and Quality Control: Ensure properties are handed over on time, meeting strict key performance indicators and adhering to quality standards.
- Health and Safety Management: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Site Administration and Staff Management: Oversee site administration and staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Progress Meetings and Reporting: Chair sub-contractor progress meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering similar projects, including external cladding with a reputable main contractor.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to control costs and manage subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
