Senior AV Sales Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior AV Sales Specialist to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with a deep understanding of AV systems and industry-standard software.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their AV needs and provide expert advice.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create customized AV solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase proposed solutions and their benefits to clients.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong client, vendor, and industry partner relationships.
- Project Support: Work with project management and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, with industry certifications.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry, with a focus on technical presales and solution design.
- Demonstrated relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Bluebeam/AutoCAD; AVIXA CTS certifications are desirable.
- Experience with SimPRO software and ability to obtain NV1 security clearance.
