We are seeking a skilled Telecoms Engineer to join our team on a self-employed basis. As a Telecoms Engineer, you will be responsible for installing broadband, TV services, and troubleshooting faults on behalf of clients like TalkTalk and BT.
Key requirements for this role include a full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points, an interest in IT, broadband, telephone, and digital TV technology, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
As a self-employed Telecoms Engineer, you will have the flexibility to influence your own earnings and will be given full and continuous training in this role. You will also have the option to lease a company van and tools, uniform, mobile phone, and laptop directly from the client.
This is a field-based position, and you will be driving from one job to the next while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will work on a long-term self-employed basis and will be supported throughout your working day by a dedicated service centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing broadband, TV services, and troubleshooting faults on behalf of clients
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working on a self-employed basis with flexibility to influence earnings
