Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations in one of our comfy cafes, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
  • Select, train, and develop a friendly team of colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage profit and loss accountability for the cafe, maximising sales and impact.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in hospitality, at supervisory level and above.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • People management skills that allow you to lead by example and coach in an inclusive manner.
