About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team at Fazenda Manchester. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the reception team to provide excellent service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Take leadership of the reception team in the absence of the Reception Manager and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Reception Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the team.
