Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team. As an Immigration Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of immigration matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and businesses, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse range of immigration cases, including family visas, asylum claims, and appeals.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of UK immigration law and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and representing clients at tribunals and hearings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
  • Ensuring all casework is completed to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in immigration law.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • SRA ID.
  • Skilled in managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Committed to upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
