About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Worcestershire. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our customers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Branch Effectively: Ensure the branch operates in line with CQC standards, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
- Develop and Review Care Packages: Collaborate with coordinators to create and review care packages that meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Support Care Teams: Respond to changing care needs, provide guidance, and support care teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with family members, multi-disciplinary teams, and allied health professionals.
- Communication and Liaison: Ensure clear communication and liaison exists with all relevant stakeholders.
- Staff Management: Support and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar service and management role within the care sector.
- Hold a management qualification within care.
- Full driving license and car.
