At Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for Child Welfare to join our team.

As a key member of our Referral & Assessment Team, you will be responsible for leading the team in their efforts to prevent child separation from families, promote child welfare and safeguarding, and ensure children receive equal access to services.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prevent child separation from families by assessing individual cases and developing strategies for support.
  • Promote child welfare and safeguarding through effective risk management and decision-making.
  • Ensure children reach their full potential and receive equal services by working closely with partner agencies.

This role requires a social work qualification or equivalent, as well as continual professional development and registration with Social Work England.
