The 86 Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. This role offers a competitive salary of £5,000 per annum.


Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity is based in Nantwich, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 35 days' holiday plus a two-week Christmas shutdown, and 37 hours per week between 7am and 7pm (five days over seven).

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the Executive and Head Chef to deliver high-quality menus using fresh produce from scratch. You will be responsible for producing quality food at volume, working on event and hospitality catering, and ensuring high standards across service delivery, health and safety, and food storage.

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in food/catering and a minimum Level 2 Food Safety certification. Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, producing quality food at volume, and working with fresh produce from scratch are also essential.
