About the Role

This Adult Home Care Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to work with vulnerable adults in the Abergavenny area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for caring. In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.45, including rolled-up holiday pay, and a comprehensive induction and training program.

Our clients require carers who can provide consistent and reliable support, so we encourage applicants who can commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week and every other weekend.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £14.01 during weekdays and £14.45 during weekends. We also offer paid travel time and mileage, as well as a range of benefits, including free PPE and uniform, and access to wellbeing events and webinars.
