We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Parexel Early Phase Clinical Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development of innovative new medicines, working closely with our volunteer participants and monitoring their health status around the clock.
Key Responsibilities- Administer investigational products via various routes of drug administration
- Monitor the safety of volunteers and perform assessments, including vital signs, ECG, spirometry, and holter monitoring
- Collect trial data in a controlled and timed environment
- Collaborate with other departments, including Pharmacy, Screening, Laboratory, Recruitment, and Project Management
- Registered nursing qualification (NMC registered)
- Excellent organizational ability and written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude for paperwork and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and willingness to work on shift
- Extensive induction program and ongoing training
- Opportunity to develop professionally and gain experience in delivering high-quality research projects
