Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Supervisor to join our team in Mansfield. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to residents. This role requires a caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the team to ensure continuity of care, administer medication accurately, and uphold a positive, resident-centred environment.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse, and minimum one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting. A full driver's license and ability to recognize and respond appropriately to signs of abuse are also essential.
