Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Service Technician. In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced technicians to install and maintain our sensor technology across the UK and beyond. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and work on a variety of projects to help you grow in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with sensor installations and systems testing in client's buildings
  • Create detailed reports and documentation of installations and maintenance work
  • Assess floor plans to determine the number of sensors and hosts required for the system
  • Learn how to prepare hardware and equipment for installations
  • Install sensors and hosts under the guidance of the Field Service Technician
  • Fully test the system before leaving a customer site
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical capability to install sensors and hardware
