**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work on a variety of projects, including construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of site teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including health and safety risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, including training and development.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet required standards.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a construction or engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
