Are you ready to be at the forefront of AI & Data projects in the insurance industry? We're seeking an experienced Data Modelling Lead to join our team in Technology & Transformation.

As a Senior Data Modelling Lead, you'll work with clients to design and deliver data models that drive business outcomes. You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in data management, analytics, and AI to create data-driven programmes that transform organisations.

Our team delivers transformational data solutions to insurance clients, helping them navigate the ever-evolving marketplace. You'll be part of a fast-paced team with talented colleagues, working on exciting projects that make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Analysing clients' business and technical environments to derive functional and technical insights
  • Delivery of business-facing insurance data models that articulate designs, opportunities, and challenges
  • Inputting to the design of end-to-end architectures that support data and analytics activities
  • Helping clients understand how to use data to address challenges, ambitions, or objectives
  • Leading relationships with senior client stakeholders to define a 'common language for data'
  • Managing effective, enthused, and diverse teams within an inclusive team culture

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with consulting or equivalent experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong senior stakeholder management. You'll have good in-depth expertise in functional areas in Insurance, such as Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Claims, and Asset Management. Experience in managing people, providing dynamic day-to-day workstream leadership, and creating effective data design teams is also essential.
