The hotel features 185 bedrooms, a cocktail bar, a New York style restaurant, and eight magnificent meeting and event rooms.

Conference and Events Sales Coordinator

We're seeking a professional to develop personal contact with Conference & Events guests, ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and third-party websites.
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure business revenue and conversion.
  • Conduct show rounds to wow clients and secure business.
  • Collate final event details and produce function sheets.
  • Arrange and lead pre-event communication meetings.
  • Meet clients onsite and hand over to the operations team.
  • Meet clients at the end of their event for a full debriefing.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role and experience within a hotel.
