London, Greater London, United Kingdom Wedlake Bell Full time

At Wedlake Bell, a top-tier law firm in the heart of London's financial district, we're seeking an exceptional CRM professional to drive business growth through strategic data management.

About Us

We're a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong presence in Private Client, Real Estate, Business Services, and Disputes. Our success is built on the dedication of our staff members and the continued excellence of our legal teams.

In line with our expansion, we've invested heavily in our Business Development & Marketing team, recognizing the critical role technology plays in supporting our growth ambitions. As our new CRM Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of our LexisNexis InterAction platform to inform our business strategy and maximize opportunities.

Your Role

You will lead and manage the use of InterAction across the firm, ensuring its effectiveness and promoting best practices in data governance and GDPR compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust CRM infrastructure, driving user engagement, and enhancing data accuracy.

  • Maintain and continually develop the InterAction infrastructure, optimizing its setup for efficient data filtering, manipulation, and business intelligence.
  • Provide training and support on the use of InterAction, fostering a culture of effective use and collaboration within the firm.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advise and support them in utilizing InterAction for day-to-day M&BD activities, including marketing communications, events, mailings, campaigns, and targeting.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and quality control, handling ongoing tickets, auditing data, correcting errors, and running processes that maintain data accuracy, in compliance with regulatory obligations.
Your Expertise

We're looking for someone with significant experience in managing and developing CRM systems in a law firm or professional services environment, ideally with knowledge of LexisNexis InterAction (including back-end functions and setup). If you have project management experience in CRM rollouts, particularly where upkeep has been poor, your skills will be highly valued.

What We Offer

As a member of our Business Development & Marketing team, you'll enjoy:

  • A competitive starting salary (£60,000 - £70,000 per annum), commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive pension plan and generous holiday entitlement (25 days per year plus bank holidays).
  • Additional leave provisions for life's important milestones.

  • Dental insurance and enhanced maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave policies.
  • An Employee Assistance Programme, including face-to-face counselling services.
