IT Product Manager (Mobile and Fleet Technology)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our Technology Team at Gregory Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of fit-for-purpose Technology Solutions and applications to our diverse frontline workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the successful delivery of Technology Solutions and applications to our frontline workforce.
  • Configuring, maintaining, supporting and continuously improving the IT systems and solutions.
  • Leading the design of relevant system solutions and processes.
  • Working with vendors, third parties and other internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Managing routine system updates and defining test requirements.
  • Using our project and task management tool, JIRA, to ensure tasks are prioritised and kept up to date.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High-level of technical proficiency and IT aptitude.
  • Ability to understand business operations and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset to problem solving.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility management / device management solutions.
  • Experience in the transport industry.

What We Offer

  • Salary in the range of £43,000 - £47,000 per annum dependant on experience.
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs with flexibility around project go-lives.
