Shape the Future of Racing Games

We are seeking a passionate and talented Game Designer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the F1 series. As part of a dynamic development environment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term creative vision for this iconic franchise.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Game Designers to establish and refine the overarching design direction for live service features.
  • Work hand-in-hand with artists, quality assurance specialists, engineers, and producers to ensure seamless integration of new content from initial concept to launch.
  • Engage with design teams across various projects to understand their goals and contribute to the development of innovative features that enhance the player experience.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation, including game design documents and design briefs, to clearly articulate your vision and ensure alignment across all disciplines.
  • Design intricate gameplay systems and meticulously tune them to achieve specific objectives, fostering a balanced and engaging gaming environment.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional quality within established constraints, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to quality assurance and delivery, ensuring that each feature contributes to the creation of a compelling and rewarding product.
  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative methods to validate design concepts and continuously refine ideas based on player feedback and data analysis.
  • Partner with our Data and Analytics team to gain valuable insights into the impact of updates, features, and balancing changes, utilizing data-driven strategies to inform future development decisions.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrate 1+ years of experience as a Designer within medium/large game development teams.
  • Possess a strong understanding of console and mobile game development principles.
  • Exhibit the ability to critically evaluate design concepts, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and quantifying their potential impact.
  • Showcase experience in designing and implementing game features that integrate seamlessly with live service models and economy management systems.
